15 Day Return Policy Sawyers Jewelers
The Staff at Sawyer Jewelers has a 15 Day online return policy on unaltered (unworn) items purchased from us.
You MUST contact us for an RMA within 10 days of order shipment to
you. This will give you adequate time to make sure you have made the right decision on your purchase through Sawyer Jewelers.
If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you can return it 15 days from the day it was shipped from our offices. However certain items may not be retuned for a refund.
How to Authorize a Return
- Obtain an authorization code. Call our showroom (810) 629-7936 talk to one of our sales associates to provide you with this authorization code. Write this code on the outside of the box you are shipping to us. (items will not be accepted without an authorization code)

Package your return. You are responsible for the safe packing and shipping of your item. You are also responsible for the fees associated with the shipping and insurance of shipping the item back to us. If you are returning a diamond and it has a Lab Report and that Lab Report is not included you could be liable for the $275.00 replacement cost of the report

Insure your return. If the item you are returning is less than $500.00 US Dollars you can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for the confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination**. If you item is more than $500.00 US Dollars it must be shipped via US Postal Service Registered Mail and insured for the total value of the contents, and a request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has arrived at its destination**.

Sawyer Jewelers is not responsible for lost or damaged returned
goods. Please make sure you ship it correctly so it can be tracked
along the way.
We reserve the right to change and modify the terms for the use

alterations. All users of this site agree that access to and use of
this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other

Miscellaneous Policy
All discounted sales are final and cannot be returned for
exchange, store credit or refund under any circumstances.
Only one promotion can be used per sale. We reserve the right to
exclude certain products from the promotions and/or discounts.
Returns
During Shipping if the packaging of the item is damaged you must
keep the original packing the item was shipped in for claim
purposes. Call us immediately at 810-629-7936 to report any damages.
Failure to report damages and keep the packaging will cause the
claim to be denied.
Please note we are not responsible for lost merchandise, so when
mailing your return, please use a padded envelope or box to ensure
its safe arrival. (Standard envelopes containing jewelry tend to get
ripped open by post office machinery and the jewelry often gets
lost.) Any merchandise that arrives damaged will no longer qualify
for a return, exchange or store credit. The outside of your package
must be clearly labelled with your return authorization.
Any merchandise
sent back without a return authorization will be refused.
Returns will be processed in the order in which they are
received.
During holidays please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.

I received a damaged or defective item

I received the wrong item

with your order number, name, address and details on whether you
have received the wrong item instead of or in addition to item/s
that you did order. If the correct item is in stock, we will ship it
to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second
shipment, but will be credited immediately for the incorrect item
once it is received back in our fulfilment centre.
Back Orders
Occasionally an item is not available at the time you place your
order. The backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as
they arrive. They will be shipped First Class mail at no additional
charge to you. We will contact you immediately to let you know if an
item is on backorder.
Can I ship a package to another address?
Yes, you can. Your ship-to address can be different from your
billing address. (Your billing address must match your credit card
given.) However, on one ship-to address can be indicated pre-order.
For example, to send one package to your house and another package
to someone else as a gift, you must place two orders, and both of
these orders would have the same bill-to address. Since we are
shipping two separate packages, they will have two separate shipping
charges.
Typographical Errors
In the event that and of Sawyer jewelers product is mistakenly
listed at an incorrect price, Sawyer Jewelers reserves the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price. Sawyer Jewelers reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card had already been
charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sawyer
Jewelers shall issue a credit to your credit card account in
the amount of the incorrect price.
Sawyer Jewelers will not sell or give your information to any
other party. When you place an order with your name, contact
information, billing, and shipping information are retained in our
system in order to process your order. Your credit card information
is encrypted using the latest SSL encryption technology.
When ordering and wanting the item sent to a
third party
Sawyer Jewelers will use the information you provide about
someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to
confirm delivery. We will not share this information with outside
parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
